Flexible Datepicker instead of only current date

Current: It's only possible to choose the date/time of today.

Option A: It should be possible to choose a date from a datepicker / date-time-picker and insert it into the page

Option B: A date/ date-time picker macro. So that date / date-time can be changed on demand after the first insert
