First-class RTL support for Persian and other RTL locales

Hi Outline team, I’m evaluating Outline for Persian-speaking teams and noticed that the application does not consistently switch to a right-to-left layout when an RTL interface language is selected. Current behavior When using Persian (fa_IR), some parts of the interface remain designed around left-to-right assumptions. Examples include: • The document lang and dir attributes do not always follow the active locale during the initial render and subsequent language changes. • Some sidebar, navigation, tabs, cards, search, and editor UI use physical CSS properties such as left, right, margin-left, or padding-right. • Search and title inputs can behave unexpectedly with mixed Persian and English content. • Editor typography and spacing are not always ideal for Persian, Arabic, Hebrew, and Urdu scripts. • Some directional icons and active-state indicators do not mirror correctly.
