FEATURE : To add the toggle functionality on the Product and Community.

Description of the Feature
When I click on the Product and Community button then popup come out when I click the outside the popup then It will remove this is good but when I click on again on the product button and icon it still the same . To be honest it is good but I not giving the better user experience .
To Check Through It
1 . Go to main page
2. Click on the Product or Community button
3. Again click and see it.
Expected Behavior
when we click again on the button it should have toggle functionality
