Feature Request: Native API Documentation Viewer for Swagger/OpenAPI (Redocly-like)

Request to implement a native API documentation viewer within Outline, inspired by the Redocly interface. This feature would enable teams to share, view, and collaborate on API/Swagger (OpenAPI) collections directly inside the Outline platform, without relying on third-party documentation tools.
