Feature Request: Custom Width and CSS

Hi All,
Running the latest Outline, the software is amazing.
But i would like to suggest two simple features for the next releases:
-Custom Page Width
Currently we only have the option for Default and Full Width, it would be nice to be able to set a custom width.
-Custom CSS
It would be nice to be able to add custom CSS over the default, such as making images rounded or customizing the line-height, headers size, etc.
