Feature Request: Captions on tables created in Outline

Description The ability to add captions to tables that we create in Outline. This feature request was not written with the help of an LLM or any other generative AI. Use Case We are a two-person email and Web hosting business who want to use Outline for our internal documentation and customer-facing knowledge base. Many of our customers are 50+ years in age and have vision issues. We are a company who wants to make sure our documentation is as accessible to as many different people as possible. Existing Process The best practice for tables on websites is to provide captions that describe what the table is for people who use screen-readers. The WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) guidelines state that captions can be placed within the <table> element of the code for tables (see: There is no way to currently do this using the Outline editing tools for tables.
