Feature Request - Add new collections at any place in the list of collections

Current situation:
When I add a new collection, then it is added always at the top
I have 30+ collections and always have to move down, which itself is not easy, since you must place the moving-collection at the exact right space, otherwise it does not move

Feature Request:
It would be very convenient to have the possibility to add a collection eveywhere in the list, by clikcing e.g. "Add collection above", which would add a new collection above the current one
