FacilMap integration

I am the developer of [FacilMap]( a collaborative map creation platform.

I would love to have FacilMap integrated into Outline in the following way:
1. When typing /FacilMap, ask for a FacilMap URL. This will integrate the FacilMap into the page using an iframe.
2. It would also be interesting to have a command to create a new FacilMap and embed it on the fly.

Would the team accept a pull request that adds this integration?

For number 2, is there an existing integration that already does something like that to have an inspiration for how the UI could work?
