External Collection Mapping + On-Demand Creation for PSA/CRM Integrations

Summary We use Outline extensively for internal and customer-facing documentation (project docs, process docs, onboarding material, etc.). We want to integrate Outline with external systems such as Halo PSA by embedding customer-specific documentation inside a PSA customer record via an iFrame.
