Enhance User Experience with Read-Only Mode and Double-Click Edit Feature

I frequently find myself with write permissions on a large number of pages. While this is advantageous for making edits, I often worry about inadvertently modifying or deleting content when I only intend to read. To improve the user experience and prevent unintentional edits, I propose the following enhancements:

1. Read-Only Mode: Introduce a 'read-only' mode where users can view the content without the risk of making any edits. And don't need admin to turn off seamless editing. it could automatically deactivate when the user logs out or during the next login session.
2. Double-Click Edit Feature: Instead of immediately allowing edits on a single click, introduce a double-click mechanism to enter the editing mode. This would serve as an additional layer of confirmation before users can modify content.

A read-only mode would not only help in preventing accidental edits but could also provide a more streamlined and focused reading experience for users.
