Enforce Separate Editing option

I’ve noticed that documents are sometimes flagged as "modified" even when just hovering the cursor or viewing the file. Since MCP prioritizes data based on the most recent modified date, these unintentional updates can decrease the overall reliability of our data.

I would like to suggest adding a "Enforce Separate Editing" option to the Administrator settings. Having an option to enforce separate editing for all users would ensure that the modified date only changes when intentional edits are made, maintaining the integrity of our document history.
