"Dynamic" Footnotes

My Idea was that if a User wants to add footnotes in a nice Kinda way.
This would be similar to Wikipedia, for example:
This would then look something like this:
This would automatically create another "text-box" beneath the main one and add the entries, where the User can then add any additional information as needed.
Plus it could also propagate to the TOC.
