Dropdown button for inline value editing
Source: outline/outline#12842 · opened by @hilarex
Hey, I had an idea I wanted to share.
It would be really handy to have a dropdown button component designed for text or table cells.
The use case is something like a "Status" column where you want to change the value directly in the table : clicking the cell opens a small dropdown with the available options (e.g. "To do", "In progress", "Done"), you pick one, and the cell updates inline.
No need to wire it up to anything, just a visual change. The goal is purely to help organize the table on the fly, nothing more.

No pledges yet. Be the first to back this.
