Dividers

As a user, I would like the ability to create a content "divider" at the root level.

This could be as simple as a line that can be dragged and dropped similar to a collection.

Currently I've gotten around this by creating a collection called "=======", but that's clunky.

Would also be useful for dividers to work inside collections, but root-level is where they would be most useful to me.
