Disable notifications globally

Heyy,
Our self-hosted Outline instance is spamming a lot of emails since every document update pushes a new email. This is causing problems with our email provider, which rate-limits / bans us for too many emails.
I would like to disable "Document updates" for all users in my Outline instance, to prevent this issue.
I'd like to keep the rest on.
• How is this possible in the current scenario?
• If it isn't, is it possible to be implemented?
