Custom Paragraph Spacing

Hi,
My colleagues told me that space between paragraphs negatively impacts readability. I can bear it, but I agree with them.
Can an option be added in the preferences to adjust the space between paragraphs?
Also, it would be great to have an option to adjust the indentation for the first line of a paragraph because, according to Turkish grammar, the first line of a paragraph must be indented.
