Copy document content into clipboard while retaining formatting
Source: outline/outline#10429 · opened by @kaldonir
Sometimes I want to copy the content of a document and paste it somewhere that retains formatting, e.g., an email program.
If I copy the content of the document from the outline editor directly, it includes ugly elements corresponding to anchors or collapse buttons for headings:
<img width="444" height="79" alt="image" src=" />
My workflow right now is to download a document as HTML, view the result in my browser, and copy the content of that document. Would it be possible, e.g., to add another option to the Copy submenu: "Copy as formatted text" or something?
