Comments are hard to see in the document

This is not related to configuring Outline

Current Behavior

Here is an example of the comment underline. It is a pretty thin line, and I find it easy to miss sometimes. It would help if it was more visible with a full highlight, or if there was a comment button/icon next to the text.

Expected Behavior

More visible comment highlight.
