Collecting comments on publicly shared documents

When we share a public document, we want to collect feedback comments from external parties. Can we add a feature that enables anonymous or verified comments on the document? Similar to subscribing to document updates. Users can leave comments if they have verified emails; ideally, we could select which domains can leave comments and subscribe. For example, example1.com and example2.com can leave comments on our documents and subscribe to updates... to limit spam and prevent server bloat.
