Collapsible heirachy of headers in TOC
Source: outline/outline#3122 · opened by @kaloyankostov
Hello!
I find that as articles get long and have a hierarchy of headings the TOC gets difficult to read, especially when you're 2 or 3 levels deep. It would be awesome if we could collapse headers (and they started out collapsed by default) with the option to unfurl. I know this option is available for the main content body but it would be cool to see this in the TOC as well to clean things up. Below is an example from some documentation I recently used where I thought it worked well.
To be fair the example is more in line with outline's collection navigation menu and less so for a specific document. There's also an argument to be made about individual articles getting so complex as to require this. Just a thought, though!
Thank you!
