Clicking a comment that references something in a collapsed toggle block, should expand the block.

When you have a document with toggle blocks any comment made referring data from "inside" will fail to jump to the content when clicked on if it is collapsed.
Togglable headings are collapsed by default, so it would be very handy if I don't have to toggle open everything in my document before I can click on comments to jump to the proper sections.
