Button to convert selected images to webp or other efficient image formats

I've thought about multiple ways this could be done:

1. Selecting images with the cursor and have the image toolbar offer an option to convert said images
2. A brand new interface to visualize all images and manage them from there such as converting
3. Simplest of all is a button to indiscriminately optimize/convert all images in a document

The goal would be making optimized documentation faster without having to rely on external tools before upload. A way to convert during upload would help a lot too.

My current workflow is using [JacobDev1/xl-converter]( to bulk convert images before uploading.

(Also the second idea could also allow managing all types of files.)
