Blank screen when running locally – fixed by changing .env URL

Tip for running locally:
While setting up the project locally, we ran into a blank page issue at I tried several fixes, but it turned out the problem was with the URL in the .env.development file.
The default was:
URL=
Changing it to:
URL=
