Basic support for DocumentPictureInPicture API for editor

Sometimes I'm stuck in a situation when I switch between browser tabs and it would be so great to have my outline editor window floating always-on-top without manually tiling browser windows.
And as Chrome/Edge and Opera now supports native DocumentPictureInPicture API for any elements would it be possible to add a button to "detach" editor so it can float?
Did a quick and dirty POC and it seems to be working to some extent:
• styles are broken
• typing / opens commands palette in the main window instead of floating one
• after closing the popup editor is not rendered correctly anymore, until you refresh the page
But it seems to be working in general, live updates triggering, commands are executed and content is saved:
