Audit Log is useless

Hi, we're trying to find what happened to two of our documents. For one of them, we have an URL, for second - we only know it existed and how to find it using search. Unfortunately - both of them are missing. As we're using Enterprise version of Outline, we have an Audit Log feature, which is useless in case like this: • Search only works for IP - why? It should search every field in log, or at least also description. • When All users and All events are selected - only random number of events in random times are shown - no infinite scroll, no pagination, nothing. • When looking at documents.delete event, most of them have "Deleted the document" in the description. We think that's probably just empty documents without title, but we cannot be sure. Even in this case, it should say something like "empty document". • There's no indication of data retention. How many logs we have? Year? Month? Besides that - doc…
