Adding "Edit" toggle and History to Collection Overview tab

The Overview content in Collections can be edited even when "Separate editing" is switched on for the Workspace without toggling a button like Documents, and it also doesn't seem to be tracking changes like Documents.
I suggest adding both those features to prevent accidental changes to the Overview content and tracking so that changes can be rolled back if needed.
