Add possibility to set group id on group creation

Hello !

I have a webhook that creates some groups on outline based on an external provider.

For now only a name can be put in the payload via api to create a group, so when groups on my external source are renamed I end up having new groups and forced to update every collection.

Would be nice to be able to put at least id/name via payload (respecting the api id format of course)

My only other solution would be to put the id of my group as name but would be so ugly ...
