Add OCR to uploaded documents and be able to search for words in the document

This is also a feature request of one of my users of outline.
They want to upload documents like PDF, Word, PowerPoint as an attachment and be able to search for keywords in the corresponding document.
The import of the Word and PDF documents for example break too many things like formatting.
