Add Numbered headings

Adding the option to use numbered headings would allow us to use outline for writing documentation in our company.
Without numbered headings it is much harder to reference things in the document when communicating with others when referencing a document that has been written with outline.
It also makes it easier to navigate in the document and to understand which sub heading belong to which heading.
