Add LaTeX to the code block language selector

Summary

Please add LaTeX as a language option in the Code Block language selector, with syntax highlighting for LaTeX source.

Use case

Code blocks are useful for showing LaTeX source in documentation, tutorials, and examples. Currently, LaTeX is not available in the language selector.

Expected behavior

I can select LaTeX for a code block, and its source is displayed with syntax highlighting.
