Add editor support for subscript and superscript formatting

Currently, the Outline editor does not provide built-in support for subscript and superscript formatting through the toolbar or shortcuts.
Feature suggestions:
Add buttons to the formatting toolbar for subscript and superscript.
Support keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl+, for subscript and Ctrl+. for superscript).
Consider Markdown-style shorthand or integration into the context menu.
This improvement would greatly enhance the editing experience for users needing mathematical, chemical, or academic notation.
