Add details for Signature Verification -- Webhooks page

Hi,
I have an idea for a small improvement for the [Webhooks]( documentation page.
Currently, the documentation does not explain the way one could verify the signature. In other words, it does not specify the pattern by which one should make the string with which the secret could be used to generate an HMAC.
Therefore, it would be great if you could add it.
As I could not find the documentation repo to contribute to, here is a basic Python implementation(based on [This Link](
