Add cross document text section embed

As a team working with tables and information that change regularly, it would be great to be able to do a kind of embed of text/iframe in a document that references just a section/paragraph of another document inside the same instance of Outline (i.e not necessarily from the public web). I am aware that it's possible to do an embed of the full url to the reference document, but this generates the entire document view, not just the text of interest.

This would greatly help alleviate the strain of maintenance of our documentation.

I found to be kind of related but a bit larger in scope. I therefore want to risk putting this request up and ask if this would be a fruitful semi-step towards the bigger project in 8476.
