Ability to set max image size when including in page

When I import photos, I usually want them to appear much smaller than the default. It's not great to have a page where images dwarf the text in most curcumstance. It's laborious to have to go through image by image and change the dimensions.

What would be really handy is a user preference set in the app which is the max size and/or width for images. When adding them it would bringing them down to one of or both of those limits (either or both can be blank to have no limit). That will make the whole process so much smoother. Perhaps it could also set default justification for images too.
