Versions on Local External Storage are only visible for the User who modified the File

See [Maintenance and Release Schedule]( for supported versions. • I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct]( Bug description Context: editing a file on an external storage of type *local* While the current version is visible to anyone with access to the respective folder, the visible versions are only the ones created by the current user, not those of other users. Consequently, each user's folder on the server disk contains a respective file_versions directory).
