Sync group file permissions on external storage

Write correct modification times on external storage (files_external)

File cache table excessively large (and does not shrink after data removal) / Nextcloud should defragment file cache table

Ability to disable trash bin on External Storage (or have separate trash bin on the external storage)

When sharing, I hope to be able to select multiple people or groups at once, wait for the selection to be completed, and then set permissions.
