Check for new version immediately after installation and/or permit on-demand checking for a new version

⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️ • This is a bug, not a question or a configuration/webserver/proxy issue. • This issue is not already reported on [Github]( OR [Nextcloud Community Forum]( _(I've searched it)_. • Nextcloud Server is up to date. See [Maintenance and Release Schedule]( for supported versions. • I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct]( Bug description I installed Nextcloud 27.0.0 using sqlite (old version on purpose). Then I went to the /settings/admin/overview page and expected it to list me the update to 27.1.2. This should be the case since 27.1.2 is a stable release and stable is selected by default.
