Allow (internal) sharing of subscribed webcal calendars

Sharing of subscribed webcal calendars is currently not possible. One usecase is an "administrator" subscribing to an external public holiday calendar, which is then shared to all "users". Shared subscribed calendars should be accessible via caldav (see relevant bug report
