Ability to set permissions before sharing

When sharing, I hope to be able to select multiple people or groups at once, wait for the selection to be completed, and then set permissions.

Set default sharing permission for public shares

Sharing by E-Mail, UX confirmation before sharing

Nested sharing could only lower the access rights
