Forced production checklist for workflows also doent work

On top of that, it doesn't even work reliably! so i can't check off certain things, which means i get this continually checklist i never wanted and now cant' get rid of, constantly annoying me every time I try to edit a workflow. Why do you do this? What is the error message (if any)?
