Let's assume, we rolled out a campaign, and I would like to send a follow email to all the people who opened the link/email. I've enabled tracking.
Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe, with individual tracking, we can filter out all user ids, and using it we can just create a list, else we can just add it as filter before running campaign.
