Describe the request =
Currently there is no auditable method of tagging a sent invoice as unrecoverable or in default (outside of the past due tag the system puts on after the NET terms expire). The only option currently available is to cancel the invoice, which makes it difficult to audit for a truly canceled invoice where you are not expecting payment (voiding the invoice) or one that is valid, expected to be paid, but written off for non-payment.
