[TWIG] total_tax_map & line_tax_map with additional rate-value

Hi people, it would be great if one had the tax-rate within the tax-maps. So one can set up a line including the amount of taxes for a specific tax AND the netto-amount the tax is for or even the gross-amount. This also has a legal background. In Germany an invoice (or other entity) must include the netto-amount and the specific tax with it's rate AND amount for it. And of course there must be the gross-total-amount, too. If one invoice has different positions/articles with different taxes (that's not unusual here), an invoice needs something like this: > Total price: 3.450,00 € > > This invoice includes > – 70 € of 7 % VAT on netto 1.000,00 € > – 380 € of 19 % VAT on netto 2.000,00 € This is an example for b2c-invoices, but if a customer didn't tell you that he's a business-customer, you'll use the wrong invoice-design and then you'll have the afterwork.
