time_log_id

time_log_id: I'm connecting Invoice Ninja to my Teamwork installation and am now working on the ability to update a time log entry. There's a problem though, time_log entries are just arrays, there's no ID, so, I have no way to replace a SPECIFIC time entry using a webhook from Teamwork. It'd be GREAT if we could have a custom_field on time_log entries. That'd allow me to store the Teamwork time entry ID in Invoice Ninja, then just grab the one that's changed and update it.
