Support for outgoing request proxy: I propose to use the "ALL_PROXY"-variable to set the proxy used in app/Utils/Ninja.php so an outgoing proxy can be specified for most requests. I think it is still necessary to set the option for other cases then, like when guzzle is used for HTTP-requests.
