Support EPC QR

Now that there’s support for *SwissQR*, it would be nice to have EPC QR as well.
We currently have a static QR code embedded into our invoice design.
It provides generic details only (no reference, no amount; only receiver name + IBAN + SWIFT-BIC + required meta fields).
What version of Invoice Ninja are you running? ie v4.5 / v5
