Show field title without manually customizing the invoice

I know, that it's possible to completely customize the invoice.
The problem is, that I'm pretty happy with the default layout - with one exception:
The fields in the header are shown without their label.

What I want:
Company name
E-Mail: [email protected]
Phone: 0123/456789

How it looks like now:

Company name
[email protected]
0123/456789
