Run a custom report/template against all uninvoiced tasks of a client

Screenshots Summary I would like to create a client-level report that shows all not yet invoiced work for a specific client, grouped by project. The underlying template system appears to support the required data structure in the Edit Design preview, where a template can successfully iterate through multiple tasks and projects. However, I cannot find a way to run the same template against real client data.
