Request: Add more flexibility to late fees

So I'm going to start this with _there's a good possibility that I may not understand how to properly configure this platform_... this is my first year of using it and I've been finding bugs that aren't really bugs and more _I didn't configure it the right way or not at all_ but I don't think this is one of them. It seems like any invoice can only get a late fee, either fixed amount or percentage, a maximum of 3 times... now everyone hopes that we all get paid within the agreed NET terms but that just isn't something that always happens... I can see "Endless Reminders" but it does not allow for late fees to be assessed. As a suggestion/idea, I think late fees should be able to be tacked on endlessly until paid, or sent to collections.
