Relocate "User Details"

The application settings are global options that effect modules through the application. At one point I was updating notifications thinking it was a global (all users) setting until I realized it was account centric.

Suggested changes:
1. Rename "User Details" to "User Settings"
2. Move it out of the settings page and under the Company Selector - Signed in as {user.id}

Alternatively use a gear icon to the right of the username.
